About the Founder

Robin D. Allen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. She also has a paralegal certificate from Southeastern Paralegal Institute (an ABA approved school) in Dallas, Texas. She spent the first part of her career as an in-house paralegal with two Fortune 500 corporations in the Dallas, Texas area. Robin then ventured into legal recruiting with a national staffing firm. Upon leaving the national staffing firm in 2001, she founded Texas Legal Search, L.L.C.. She later founded National Legal Staffing, L.L.C. headquartered in Denver, Colorado.
